The Company announces that it has appointed Jarvis Investment Management Ltd 
("Jarvis") to provide an off-market matched bargain facility following the 
cancellation of admission of the Company's shares to the official list and their 
trading on the London Stock Exchange plc's market for listed securities, which 
is scheduled for 8.00a.m. on 25 February 2010.
