AGM statement

LTG, the provider of services and technologies for digital learning and talent management, is pleased to provide the following statement ahead of its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") to be held today at its registered office at 3 New Street Square, London, EC4A 3BF and via video conference at 10am on Thursday 30 May 2024.

Andrew Brode, Chairman of LTG, will make the following remarks at the AGM:

"In a subdued macro environment, LTG focused on execution in 2023, reflected in financial performance in line with consensus expectations, continued margin progression and record cash flow generation.

While the Board maintains a cautious stance for 2024, our global client footprint, diversification and product innovation leave us well placed to return to organic revenue growth as the economy improves.

The strength of our balance sheet, supported by good cash generation, will provide the Group with enhanced capital allocation optionality, in line with our long-term strategic objectives.

Further information on trading will be provided in our Trading Update in July 2024".
