On September 4, 2021, Dan Predovich notified RE/MAX Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) of his retirement from the Company’s Board of Directors, effective September 6, 2021. Mr. Predovich’s retirement is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
