(NASDAQ:ININ) will replace Prosperity Bancshares in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, February 26. IMS Health is being acquired by affiliates of TPG Capital L.P. and the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date, pending final conditions.
