Il faut aussi retenir que la firme international Estée Lauder utilise les produits d'Oxis et que récemment, les dirigeants d'Oxis ont obtenu un accord avec Estée Lauder pour faire valoir son brevet sur les produits utilisés. Cet accord est confidentiel pour le moment, mais nous on saurons plus lors de la publication des résultats.

Specifically, the study found that reduction of pain was statistically significant after as little as one week of ERGOFLEX use. Similar improvements were seen with range of motion. Voici le communiqué du jour
(Tradingsat.com) - Les deux groupes pharmaceutiques Sanofi et Bristol-Myers Squibb ont annoncé mercredi un nouvel accord visant à simplifier leur alliance à long terme, suite à la perte d'exclusivité de Plavix et d'Avapro/Avalide sur de nombreux grands marchés.
Selon les termes du nouvel accord, qui prendra effet le 1er Janvier 2013, Bristol-Myers Squibb rendra à Sanofi ses droits sur Plavix et Avapro/Avalide dans le Monde, à l'exception des États-Unis et de Porto Rico pour Plavix, donnant à Sanofi le contrôle exclusif sur ces produits et sur leur commercialisation.
En échange, Bristol-Myers Squibb recevra jusqu'en 2018 des paiements calculés sur les ventes de Plavix et d'Avapro/Avalide, produits de marque et génériques, réalisées par Sanofi dans le monde (hors États-Unis et Porto Rico pour Plavix), et Bristol-Myers Squibb recevra également un versement de 200 millions de dollars de Sanofi en décembre 2018.
Les droits sur Plavix aux États-Unis et à Porto Rico resteront inchangés et conformes aux modalités de l'accord initial jusqu'en décembre 2019.
"Bristol-Myers Squibb et Sanofi ont noué une collaboration fructueuse et durable pour venir en aide aux patients atteints de maladies cardiovasculaires", a indiqué Lamberto Andreotti, Directeur Général de Bristol-Myers Squibb. "Ce nouvel accord simplifie les opérations et permettra à Bristol-Myers Squibb de se concentrer sur son portefeuille de R&D prometteur et innovant et d'asseoir les bases de ses futurs succès."
De plus, selon les termes de l'accord, les différends en cours relatifs à l'alliance entre les deux sociétés ont été résolus. La résolution de ces différends comprend divers engagements par les deux sociétés, dont un paiement de 80 millions de dollars par Bristol-Myers Squibb à Sanofi à titre de dédommagement pour le préjudice causé par la rupture de stock d'Avalide aux États-Unis, en 2011.

Résumé :Concentré de C1 inhibiteur (INH), qui est recommandée comme traitement de première intention pour les attaques aiguës angio-œdème héréditaire (AOH) dans de nombreux pays, a été récemment approuvé aux États-Unis. Nous avons cherché à recueillir les commentaires des patients au sujet de leur santé-qualité de vie liée (QVLS) pendant le traitement par concentré de C1-INH pour les crises aiguës de HAE dans des conditions réelles, ainsi que l'impact personnel de la disponibilité du C1-INH sur le mode de vie et les domaines de la santé mentale. Sujets inscrits dans une étude ouverte de C1-INH à 20 U/kg pour les crises aiguës d'AOH ont été invités à participer à une enquête prospective conçue afin de solliciter les réponses des patientes en « temps réel » qui ont été collectés via un service de réponse vocale interactive ou en ligne via un ordinateur personnel. Dix-huit sujets soumis 60 trimestrielles sur la QVLS et traitement impact réponses au sondage plus de 29 mois. Dix-sept des 18 patients répondant a signalé scores QVLS forme abrégée moyenne 12 qui se situaient dans une fourchette normale. Plus de la moitié ont indiqué que disponibilité C1-INH leur fait sentir un peu ou beaucoup mieux, et > 80 % ont déclaré avoir une meilleure perspective sur l'avenir et se sentir plus sûr sur le danger des attaques mortelles.
