Our management objective is to issue new stock and rated bonds to raise the capital required to implement a mutual fund style methodology that creates immediate & long term cashflow allowing us the ability to: back stop future construction development costs, mitigate unforeseen economic shortfalls that may occur during early phase construction, purchase additional cashflow through strategic acquisitions, boost stock appreciation. In a concerted effort to meet this objective, we chose to spin off the old CBD / Hemp business back to former management allowing us to remain focused on creating shareholder value through diversification.
