U.S. Dollar Rises Against Most Majors

The U.S. dollar strengthened against most major currencies in
the early European session on Wednesday.
The U.S. dollar rose to a 1-week high of 1.1182 against the euro
and a 5-day high of 0.9737 against the Swiss franc, from early lows
of 1.1219 and 0.9695, respectively.
Against the yen, the greenback advanced to 100.78 from an early
low of 100.26.
Against the New Zealand and the Canadian dollars, the greenback
edged up to 0.7265 and 1.3224 from early lows of 0.7305 and 1.3192,
respectively.
If the greenback extends its uptrend, it is likely to find
resistance around 1.10 against the euro, 0.98 against the franc,
103.00 against the yen, 0.70 against the kiwi and 1.33 against the
loonie.
