The  Boards of the Companies  are pleased to announce  that the closing time and 
date  for the  Share Realisation  and Reinvestment  Programme and  Top-up Offer, 
which  was previously announced as  3.00pm on 7 December 2012, has been extended 
to 3.00pm on 14 December 2012. 
 
The revised expected timetable is as follows:

 Closing Date of the SRRP and Top Up Offer                     14 December 2012 
 
 Announcement of the outcome of the SRRP                       20 December 2012 
 
 Allotment of Substitution Shares and settlement by way of set 20 December 2012 
 off  of amounts  due to and  owed by a Shareholder under  the 
 SRRP
