Tavistock announces that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (the "AGM") at 11.00 am on Wednesday, 1 November 2023.

The AGM will be held at the Company's offices at 1 Queen's Square, Ascot Business Park, Lyndhurst Road, Ascot, Berkshire, SL5 9FE. A formal notice convening the AGM, along with further copies of the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023, has been sent to shareholders. Shareholders wishing to vote on any of the matters of business are strongly urged to do so through completion of the form of proxy that has been sent to them. A further copy of the form of proxy can be downloaded from the company's website, as detailed above.
