be held on Friday, June 5, 2015 at 9:00 am Eastern time at the
Goodwin Procter LLP Conference Center, Second Floor, Exchange
Place, 52 State Street, Boston, MA 02109 to consider and vote,
among other things, upon the proposed merger with R.R. Donnelley
& Sons, Inc.
