Western Asset Investment Grade Defined Opportunity Fund Inc., which is listed on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “IGI”, announced today a distribution of $0.1418 per common share for the month of December 2010, and distributions of $0.1045 per common share for the months of January and February 2011. The December distribution of $0.1418 per common share is comprised of $0.1270 per common share of short-term capital gain and $0.0148 per common share of long-term capital gain.
