("Terran Orbital") was awarded a contract by Lockheed Martin
Aeronautics to provide three microsatellite class satellites,
launch procurement, integration, and operations in support of
product demonstration.

Terran Orbital has previously announced that it entered in a
business combination agreement with Tailwind Two Acquisition Corp.
(NYSE: TWNT), ("Tailwind Two"), a special purpose acquisition
