C2C Industrial Properties Inc. Announces Completion of Cambridge Property Purchase

C2C Industrial Properties Inc. ("C2C" or the "Company") (TSX VENTURE:CCH)
announced today that it closed on the recently announced transaction to acquire
a light industrial property containing approximately 44,500 square feet of gross
leaseable area ("GLA") on 5.6 acres of land, including approximately 3 acres of
excess land. The building is fully leased to a national tenant on a multi-year
lease with approximately 8 years of term remaining. The Company acquired the
property for approximately $4.1 million, including all due diligence and closing
costs, satisfied entirely in cash at a going-in capitalization rate of
approximately 7.90%.
