I couldn't agree more with your post. We all expected/hoped by landing the Springpole Federal EA that would immediately reprice our shares higher and it really hasn't done much of anything, but technically the DERISKING is not over yet and there's work left to do there, as Dan put it.

When Ive spoken with actual SEC employees they've said that CEO's can do whatever they choose is best for the company. As I always said, the SEC is like HR.
