                            Director's Shareholding

The Company was informed on 23 June 2003,  that on 23 June 2003, Global
Investments Limited purchased 3,250,000 ordinary shares in the Company at 0.33p.

The shares held by Global Investments Limited are held in its capacity as a
discretionary trustee, a trust of which Mr Stephen Dean, Chairman, is a
beneficiary. Global Investments Limited now holds 533,171,415 ordinary shares in
the Company representing 67.81 per cent of its issued share capital.
