Indonesia Fund, Inc. (the "Fund") (NYSE MKT: IF) held its
Annual Meeting of Shareholders (the "Meeting") on March 24, 2016. At the Meeting,
shareholders of the Fund voted to re-elect one Class I Director to
the Board of Directors.
As of the record date, February 5,
2016, there were 9,449,677 outstanding shares of the
Fund. 76.4% of the outstanding shares were voted at the
Meeting representing a quorum.
