Spark Networks SE (the “Company”) will be participating in the Sidoti May Micro Cap Virtual Investor Conference on May 11, 2022, and the 17th Annual Needham Technology & Media Conference on May 17, 2022. A copy of the investor presentation to be presented by the Company at the conferences, which presentation includes revenue growth and adjusted EBITDA margin guidance for full year 2022, is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
