National Lampoon Records Signs Distribution Agreement with Uproar Entertainment for In-House Audio Label

National Lampoon, Inc. (AMEX: NLN), the most widely recognized
brand in comedy, today announced the signing of a worldwide
distribution agreement with Uproar Entertainment for the company�s
recently launched audio label. Uproar sells and distributes to most
major retail outlets, including FYE, Amazon.com, Wal-Mart, Best
Buy, along with family owned stores; totaling thousands of outlets
of distribution worldwide. �We have been in business with Uproar

distribution of our product and library by building additional

launch of its audio label, National Lampoon Records. This expands
the company�s owned content library, and follows the company�s

feature film library into all areas including theatrical, home
entertainment, television, and digital markets. The audio division
plans to release at least twelve titles per year, comprised of at
least six original titles and up to six acquisitions. Product will
