March 31, 2023, Oncocyte Corporation (“we,” “us,” “our,” the
“Company” or “Oncocyte”) issued a press release announcing its
preliminary financial results for the three and twelve months ended
December 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished
as Exhibit 99.1, which, in its entirety, is incorporated herein by
reference.
