                               Additional listing

C.H.E Group Plc (the "Company") today announces that it has applied for a total
of 1,141,026 ordinary shares of 10 pence each to be listed on the official list
of the UK Listing Authority and admitted to trading on the London Stock
Exchange.

The 1,141,026 shares were issued to Michael Finkleman following the exercise of
his options. Michael Finkleman has informed the Company that he has disposed of
his shares and that he does not hold a notifiable interest in the Company.

Listing and admission is expected to take place on 25 September 2003.
