China Recycling Energy Corp. Announces Preliminary Financials for First Quarter 2008 and Provide Guidance for FY 2008 and 2009

XI'AN, China, May 14 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China
Recycling Energy Corp. (OTC:CREG) (BULLETIN BOARD: CREG) ("CREG" or
"the Company"), a leading industrial waste-to-energy solution
provider in China, today announced its preliminary financials for
the first quarter of 2008 and full year guidance for fiscal year
2008 and 2009. In the first quarter of 2008, the Company's total
revenue was around US$ 0.56 million. For the full year of 2008,
revenue is expected to be in the range of US$17 million to US$19
million, and net income excluding non-cash items to be between
US$4.5 million to US$5 million. For full year 2009, revenue will
reach the range of US$33 million and US$36 million, net income
excluding non cash items will be around US$10 million. "We are very

more and more industrial companies are under tremendous pressure
