                    Radstone Technology plc ("the Company")
                             Additional Listing


Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for a total of 1,512,730 ordinary shares of 12.5p each in the Company
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the
London Stock Exchange's main market ("Admission") under a block listing for the
exercise of options under the Radstone Technology plc Senior Executive Share
Option Scheme (512,730 Ordinary Shares) and the Radstone Technology plc Senior
Executive Unapproved Share Option Scheme 2002 (1,000,000 Ordinary Shares).

Admission of the Ordinary Shares is expected to become effective from 12
December 2003.
