Resignation and appointment of Directors

Spring has been advised today that Jeffrey M Green, a non-executive Director of
the Company has resigned from the Company. Philip B Simon, has been appointed a
non-executive Director with immediate effect. Both individuals are nominees of ET
Training LLC, the 47.8% shareholder in Spring Group plc.
