                              Exercise of Warrants

The Company has received notice of the conversion of warrants over 3,900,000
fully paid common shares in the Company at GB#0.03 per share, raising gross
proceeds of #117,000. The Company has made application for the 3,900,000 new
common shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to
commence on 18 November 2003.
