Telemetrix announces that in accordance with the terms of their letters of
appointment, varied to provide for the regular quarterly subscription of
Telemetrix shares utilising the net amount of their quarterly cash fees (after
deduction of applicable income tax and national insurance deductions) for
services as non-executive directors of Telemetrix, E P Airey, R E Venter and B
Waite subscribed for a total of 13,220 ordinary shares of 5p in Telemetrix on 26
September 2003 at 119p each (being the closing middle market price on the day of
allotment).

Application will therefore be made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK
Listing Authority for 13,220 ordinary shares of 5p each to be admitted to the
Daily Official List on 3 October 2003.
