I Write regarding the above company.

I have been notified that RC Greig Nominees Limited has disposed of its entire
holding of 17,946 preference share units (held on behalf of Port of Felixstowe
Limited) to Hutchinson Westports Limited (formerly Hutchinson Ports (UK)
Limited).  This amounts of 8.8% of the issued share capital.  Port of Felixstowe
Limited continues to hold 39,461 preference share units in its own name
amounting to 19.6% of the issued share capital.
