Thames Valley Housing Association (TVHA) Limited - Publication of Audited Financial Statements for the year ending 31 March 2023.

Thames Valley Housing announces today that it is publishing its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2023.

The audited Surplus for the year is in line with the Preliminary Results Announcement made on 01 June 2023.

Jane Long (Executive Director of Corporate Services) has announced she is stepping down from the business in mid-November and we have started the process to appoint her successor.

In addition, Ian Johnson (Chief Financial Officer) will be taking a 3-month sabbatical from the business starting 31(st) July and he will be replaced on an interim basis by Alykhan Meghani, Finance Director at MTVH .
