Africa Limited group of companies that the undermentioned company became
aware of the following reportable changes in shareholdings:-

Anglo American Corporation of South Africa Limited increased its holding from
17.53% to 39.96%

Lodestone Holdings Limited decreased its holding from 22.43% to Nil.
