  The Issuer has proposed to make certain amendments to the Conditions of the Securities of each Series specified above and certain other Transaction Documents in respect of the Securities and is seeking the consent of the holders of the Securities for the Amendments. A Notice and Vote Solicitation in respect of each Series was published and sent to Securityholders on 13 September 2010.
