The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

-- Final Terms dated 22 February 2019 relating to the U.S.$750,000,000 6.2004 per cent Notes due 2024 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2024 Final Terms");

-- Final Terms dated 22 February 2019 relating to the U.S.$1,750,000,000 7.6003 per cent Notes due 2029 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2029 Final Terms"); and

-- Final Terms dated 22 February 2019 relating to the U.S.$1,500,000,000 8.7002 per cent Notes due 2049 issued by the Arab Republic of Egypt pursuant to its U.S.$20,000,000,000 Global Medium Term Note Programme (the "2049 Final Terms" and, collectively with the 2024 Final Terms and the 2029 Final Terms, the "Final Terms").
