Mitsubishi Securities International plc ("MSI") and UFJ International plc 
("UFJI") have signed a business transfer agreement to transfer UFJI's client
business to MSI on 1st October 2005.  The transfer will be subject to completion
of the integration of Mitsubishi Tokyo Financial Group, Inc. and UFJ Holdings,
Inc.
