XS0193577086) and Series 4 EUR 25,670,000 Secured Asset-Backed Instalment Notes 
due 2034 (ISIN: XS0196509870) (the "Notes") 
 
 
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that with effect from 18 February 2009, subject to the 
consent of the holders of the above Notes, all of the outstanding Notes of the 
Issuer will be transferred from the regulated market of the London Stock 
Exchange plc to the Professional Securities Market of the London Stock Exchange 
plc.
