Result of the Annual General Meeting 2024
Following the Annual General Meeting
2024 (2024 AGM) held today, 1 March 2024, the Company announces
that all resolutions put to shareholders at the meeting were passed
by the required majorities. A poll was held on each of the
resolutions proposed the results of which are as
