Eesti Energia plans to list renewables subsidiary
On 23 September 2021, Enefit Green AS (100% owned renewables
subsidiary of Eesti Energia AS) has announced its intention to
proceed with an initial public offering ("IPO") and listing of its
ordinary shares on the Baltic Main List of the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock
Exchange. The planned offering is expected to consist of both an
issuance of new shares by the Enefit Green AS and a sale of
existing shares held by Eesti Energia AS. Net proceeds of the IPO
will be used to finance group's development projects and potential
new projects in order to support the growth and development
strategy, which includes wind and solar parks in the Enefit Green's
near-term pipeline of up to 600 MW. Full announcement can be found
