DE-LISTING NOTICE / REQUEST TO REMOVE SECURITIES FROM THE OFFICIAL LIST

We refer to the terms and conditions (the "Conditions") of the Securities. Terms defined in the Conditions shall have the same meaning when used herein.

We further refer to the notice of call and redemption relating to the Securities, sent on 11 February 2022. As the Issuer will redeem all of the outstanding Capital Securities on the First Call Date, being 29 March 2022, the Issuer hereby gives notice that it also intends to cancel the listing of the Securities, with effect from the redemption date.
