   NOTICE OF REPAYMENT   AND DE-LISTING

We refer to the terms and conditions (the "Conditions") of the Securities. Terms defined in the Conditions shall have the same meaning when used herein.

We further refer to the notice of call and redemption relating to the Securities, sent on 11 February 2022. The Issuer hereby gives notice that the principal amount together with any deferred interest and any other accrued and unpaid interest up to (but excluding) the redemption date has been rep aid and that the Securities, as a consequence thereof, will be de-listed.
