In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Absolute Return Trust Limited announces that Mr Rob King, a Director, has informed the Company that he became a director of Jubilee Absolute Return Fund PCC Limited (a Company listed on the Irish Stock Exchange) and Jubilee Absolute Return Master Fund Limited, both with effect from 24 June 2011.

The Company confirms that with effect from 24 June 2011, Mr King will cease to be classified as a non-independent Director due to both Jubilee entities (noted above) being managed by Fauchier Partners, the Investment Manager to the Company.
