Further to the announcement of 30 January 2012, where the Company confirmed it had accepted redemption requests in respect of 8,631,528 Sterling Shares and 224,243 Euro Shares to be redeemed on 31 March 2012 at their prevailing NAV, less applicable costs associated with the redemption facility, the Company now announces the confirmed redemption prices.

Following the release of the 31 March 2012 final NAV's on 30 April 2012, the redemption price payable to all shareholders who have validly requested and had shares accepted for redemption, will receive the following amounts per share:
