The Board of Directors of ACP Mezzanine Limited (AIM: APM) is pleased to 
announce that at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting held on 14 July 
2010, the shareholders unanimously voted in favour of all resolutions contained 
within the Shareholders Circular dated 15 June 2010. 
The shares of the Company will be cancelled from admission to trading on AIM 
with effect from 15 July 2010.
