Further to the announcement on 28 June 2010 the Company is continuing to work on 
finalising the terms of the Credit Facility. The Board is making utmost efforts 
to bring the negotiations and associated documentation to a successful 
conclusion in a timely manner. The Board will update the market with additional 
information when it becomes available.
