    Publication of Tender Offer circular

    Further to the Company's announcement on 17 September 2018, the Company announces the publication 
    of the tender offer circular (the "Circular") in connection with a Tender Offer to purchase 
    up to 15 per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in issue at the Tender Price and the proposed adoption 
    of a new discount control policy. 
    A copy of the Circular will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism ("NSM") and will 
    shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM. The Circular will 
    also be available on the Company's website at www.aberdeenfrontiermarkets.co.uk and from the 
    Company's registered office.
