                              Board Restructuring 
 
 
AfNat announces that David de Jongh Weill, current Executive Chairman, is 
standing down from day-to-day involvement with the Company due to continuing 
demands on his time. He remains on the Board of Directors and has assumed the 
role of Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect. 
 
The Company also announces that George Roach, currently Executive Director, has 
been appointed as Chief Executive Officer of the Company with immediate effect.
