                               Disposal of Shares 
 
 
The Company is pleased to announce that it has disposed of 1,200,000 shares in 
Kalahari Minerals plc ("KAH Shares") at a price of 183.15p per KAH Share (the 
"Disposal") under an agreement with Nippon Uranium Resources (Australia) 
Proprietary Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Itochu Corporation.  The gross 
proceeds of the sale of the KAH shares is GBP2,197,800 and the proceeds will be 
used to increase the Company's cash balance. 
 
 
The Company received a total of 1,280,505 Kalahari Shares following a dividend 
in specie by Niger Uranium Limited (URU LN), in which the Company 
holds 13,285,013 shares representing approximately 11.7 per cent. of its issued 
share capital, approved by its shareholders on 7 May 2010. 
 
Following the Disposal the Company retains a total of 80,505 ordinary shares of 
Kalahari Minerals Plc.
