               AfNat Resources Limited ("AfNat" or "the Company") 
                              Final Day of Dealings 
Further to recent announcements, the Board announces that today was the final 
day of dealings in AfNat Shares on AIM. The AfNat Shares will be suspended from 
trading on AIM at 7.30 a.m. on 11 June 2010 prior to the Court Hearing to 
sanction the Scheme. 
Due to logistical reasons, AXMIN has requested that, subject to the Court 
Sanction being received on 11 June 2010, formal closing of the Proposal occur on 
14 June 2010 (EDT). The Scheme is now expected to become effective in accordance 
with its terms on 14 June 2010. 
Cancellation of the trading of AfNat Shares on AIM is expected from 7a.m. on 15 
June 2010.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Company is not subject to the City Code and 
accordingly investors should be aware that they are not afforded the protections 
of the City Code. 
Expected Timetable of Principal Events 
 
The following times and dates are indicative only and will depend, among other 
things, on the date upon which the Supreme Court of Bermuda sanctions the Scheme 
of Arrangement, and the date on which the conditions to complete the transaction 
are either satisfied or (where capable of waiver) waived. The Court Hearing (to 
sanction the Scheme) is expected to occur on 11June 2010.
