Update on Annual General Meeting and Extraordinary General
Meeting
Further to the Company's announcement of 23 June 2021, Amiad
(AIM: AFS), a leading global producer of water treatment and
filtration solutions, provides the following update on arrangements
for the Annual General Meeting ("AGM") and Extraordinary General
Meeting ("EGM") to be held on Thursday 29 July 2021 at Bryan Cave
Leighton Paisner LLP, Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill,
London EC4R 0BR, England (the "Venue").
Following the UK government's lifting of restrictions on social
distancing with effect from 19 July 2021, shareholders will now be
permitted to attend the AGM and EGM (the "Meetings") at the Venue,
provided that they notify the Company in advance and complete a
COVID-19 health declaration upon arrival at the Venue. Shareholders
will not be able to vote in person at the Venue.
The Meetings will continue to be conducted online and none of
the Directors of the Company intends to be present in person at the
Venue.
To register to attend the Meetings in person at the Venue,
Shareholders must send an email titled "Meeting Attendance", and
include their full name, to beng@amiad.com by no later than 12pm
(UK time) on Wednesday 28 July 2021. Otherwise, they will not be
permitted to attend either of the Meetings in person at the
Venue.

to vote, can be found in the AGM and EGM circulars that were posted
to shareholders on 23 June 2021 and are available on the Company's
