    Board Changes


    The Board of Arc Growth Company VCT plc today announces that, as part of a cost reduction exercise, David Lowe and Graham Urquhart have
resigned as directors of the Company with immediate effect. Mr Urquhart will continue in his role as Company Secretary and to provide
administrative services.

    Richard Hargreaves, Chairman, commented "I would like to express the Board's sincerest thanks to both David and Graham for their efforts
and wise counsel during their tenure".
