POSSIBLE CHANGE OF CONTROL OF THE MANAGER 
 
Standard Life Investments Limited ("SLI"), a wholly owned subsidiary of 
Standard Life plc (SL.L) has reached agreement in principle with the 
shareholders of Aida Capital Limited to acquire a majority interest in Aida 
Capital. The acquisition will be subject to the approval of the Financial 
Services Authority. 
 
Following such acquisition, Aida Capital and its existing management team will 
continue to manage the Aida Open-Ended Fund Limited and the Aida Closed-Ended 
Fund as well as creating and managing fund of hedge fund products for SLI and 
its external clients.
