                   to the holders of those of the outstanding
 Euro600,000,000 4.75 per cent. Notes due 2010 (ISIN: XS0176001252) (the "Notes")

Investor AB (publ) (the "Company") announces that at the Meeting of holders of
the Notes held at 10.00 a.m. (London time) on 25 April 2007, the Extraordinary
Resolution set out in the notice convening the meeting was duly passed.

Accordingly the modifications to the Terms and Conditions of the Notes and the
Trust Deed constituting them referred to in such notice have been made with
effect from 25 April 2007 by means of a Supplemental Trust Deed of the same
date.
