Directors' Dealings

FRIDAY, 23 March 2007 -- Arthro Kinetics plc (the "Company") (AIM: AKI),
announces the subscription for New Ordinary Shares by all of its six directors,
Michel Lendvai, Jason Loveridge, Douglas Quinn, James Hobbs, Berthold Hackl, and
John Yianni, the intention of which was announced as part of the Subscription
("Subscription") and Placing ("Placing")  announced by the Company on 27
February 2007, now completed. The subscriptions by the six directors, which were
made  either directly or through corporate entities controlled by them, are on
the same terms as the other investors in the  Subscription and Placing at the
price of 10 pence per New Ordinary Share, following approval of shareholders at
the EGM  which took place on 22 March 2007. The New Ordinary Shares were
admitted to trading on AIM today. Collectively the  Directors subscribed for
2,135,625 New Ordinary Shares and between them have an interest in 2,947,468
Ordinary Shares,  representing 3.35 per cent of the Company's issued share
capital, as enlarged by the Subscription and Placing.

Michel Lendvai, Non-Executive Chairman of the Company, subscribed for 742,321
New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Subscription. Prior to the Subscription and
Placing, Mr. Lendvai was interested in 357,679 Ordinary Shares (representing
1.30 per cent of the Company's issued share capital). Following completion of
the Subscription and Placing, Mr. Lendvai is interested in 1,100,000 Ordinary
Shares (representing 1.25 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, as
enlarged by the Subscription and Placing).

Jason Loveridge, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, subscribed for 291,304
New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Subscription (representing 0.33 per cent of
the Company's issued share capital, as enlarged by the Subscription and
Placing). This is Dr. Loveridge's only shareholding in the Company.

Douglas Quinn, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, subscribed for 500,000
New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Subscription. Prior to the Subscription and
Placing, Mr. Quinn was interested in 133,886 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.49
per cent of the Company's issued share capital). Following completion of the
Subscription and Placing, Mr. Quinn is interested in 633,886 Ordinary Shares
(representing 0.72 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, as enlarged
by the Subscription and Placing).

James Hobbs, Director of the Company, subscribed for 102,000 New Ordinary Shares
pursuant to the Subscription. Prior to the Subscription and Placing, Mr. Hobbs
was interested in 317,153 Ordinary Shares (representing 1.15 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital). Following completion of the Subscription and
Placing, Mr. Hobbs is interested in 419,153 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.48
per cent of the Company's issued share capital, as enlarged by the Subscription
and Placing).

Berthold Hackl, Non-executive Director of the Company, subscribed for 300,000
New Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Subscription. Prior to the Subscription and
Placing, Mr. Hackl was interested in 3,125 Ordinary Shares (representing 0.01
per cent of the Company's issued share capital). Following completion of the
Subscription and Placing, Mr. Hackl is interested in 303,125 Ordinary Shares
(representing 0.34 per cent of the Company's issued share capital, as enlarged
by the Subscription and Placing).

John Yianni, Non-executive Director of the Company, subscribed for 200,000 New
Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Subscription (representing 0.23 per cent of the
Company's issued share capital, as enlarged by the Subscription and Placing).
This is Dr. Yianni's only shareholding in the Company.
