    Arthro Kinetics plc EGM approves resolutions


    FRIDAY, 19 December 2008 -- Arthro Kinetics plc (the "Company") (AIM: AKI), the orthopaedics company dedicated to regenerating joint
mobility, announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") of the Company held earlier today, all resolutions put to
shareholders were duly passed. 

    Accordingly, trading in the Ordinary Shares on AIM will cease at close of business on 30 December 2008, with cancellation of the AIM
quotation taking effect at 7.00 a.m. on 31 December 2008. The Company will be re-registered as a private company with effect from 31
December 2008.
